Proper Diet

Many people will tell you very different things about diet, and say how much it can help you. In theory, each specific diet you hear promoted may sound convincing and even have legitimate perks. Our recommendations is all that is needed is to make sure your diet is all organic, non-processed foods, and you balance the food groups to ensure proper nutrition and energy levels. You can check with the blood tests, your energy level, and how you feel to base if that diet is working for you in practice. How your food is produced (natural vs. synthetic), and if it contains proper nutrition, is more important than what type of food you are eating.

Today non-organic foods can be: genetically modified, radiated or X-rayed, fertilized with radioactive waste or toxic sewage sludge, been sprayed with pesticides or herbicides, grown hydroponically (indoors without soil), and/or contain preservatives and chemicals to maintain shelf-life. Such “foods” are garbage and will harm and stress your body, instead of nourish and heal you. The word “natural” on a label today means very little, instead look for the certified “organic” label. Buy 80% or more of your food that does not have labels because it is not packaged, it is fresh. For the minimal processed foods you eat, read the labels and do not eat anything you can not pronounce. Before World War II, everything was “organic”, we did not need any labels to tell the difference.

Eating Tips: Grass-fed cows enrich soil, improve the environment, and make better meat (Please Watch Food Inc.!)

Just 3-5 oz of red meat per week is enough; Americans eat too much. Do NOT Buy Skim Milk, 1% or 2% Milk, Only Buy Organic WHOLE Milk. Not too long ago we had RAW milk, it was not even pasteurized. (Please Watch Food Inc.!)

Eat More GREENS – Kale, Red Chard, Collard Greens, Spinach, etc Key Liver Supporting Foods – Beets, Carrots, Avocado, Walnuts Key Digestion Foods – contain Enzymes: Papaya, Pinneaple, Figs, Kiwi Potato and carrot skins are very valuable, and contain most of the nutrients. EAT the SKINS!

Cakes, cookies, or snacks are OK if made from scratch, with all organic pure ingredients. Everything in moderation. Just make sure you have room to eat the other foods in your diet. Some foods you may be sensitive to even if they are supposed to be good for us. Rotate your diet, get food allergy testing to check. However, Wheat and Dairy allergy and sensitivities have shown to be resolved with the Mineral Protocol.

The body is building incorrect hormones or has inadequate minerals to have the enzymes break down those foods properly. Eliminate completely all Coffee; it’s not the caffeine that is the big problem it is the complex amino acid structure of the coffee bean, which is so acidic it causes the body to chelate alkalizing minerals like calcium in order to neutralize and keep homeostasis. Tea is OK to drink, it will increase absorption of minerals.

Avoid commercially produced soda, drink water in between meals instead. Once in a while as an indulgence, natural organic soda is OK. It is best to not make it a daily habit, carbonated beverages dehydrate. Never consume Monosodium Glutamate, Aspartame, or other artificial sweeteners.

In the book Excitotoxins: The Poisons that Kill, by Russell L. Blaylock, M.D. explains “An excitotoxin is a substance added to foods and beverages that literally stimulates neurons to death, causing brain damage of varying degrees. Blaylock and others provide evidence suggesting these substances cause Alzheimer’s, Lou Gehrig’s Disease, Parkinson’s Disease, Huntington’s Disease, Seizures, Headaches, Strokes, and Hypoglycemia. Blaylock says these substances are also disguised as cysteine, hydrolyzed protein, aspartic acid, Hydrolized vegetable protein, Plant Protein extract, sodium caseinate, calcium caseinate, yeast extract, textured protein, autolyzed yeast, hydrolyzed oat flour. Additives that frequently contain MSG: malt flavoring, malt extract, bouillon, broth, stock, flavoring, natural flavoring, natural beef or chicken flavoring, seasoning, spices.

Additives that may contain MSG or excitotoxins: carrageenan, enzymes, soy protein concentrate, soy protein isolate, whey protein concentrate. How do you know for sure? You can ask the company what they mean by “natural flavoring” and if it contains MSG. I would also ask for it to be put in writing.
