Calcium and Cancer – The Research Finally Revealed:

Being that calcium and cancer “do not mix”, taking calcium and other nutritional supplements should be a positive addition to an already healthy diet and lifestyle. That being said, when it comes to diet quality is more important than quantity. Calcium and cancer can not survive in the same body, therefore it is very important to incorporate foods that are high in calcium and other vitamins in to the body.
The foods that have high calcium are dark green leafy vegetables, and raw milk (not pasteurized). In addition to getting calcium from your food, your body needs vitamin D to absorb the calcium. So although calcium and cancer can not survive together, vitamin D must be supplemented for the calcium to be absorbed. You can get this from sun exposure in the morning to early afternoon, or a healthy tanning bed with an electronic ballast used to power the lights (the magnetic ballasts give of an Electro Magnetic Field E.M.F., which is unhealthy for you).
An additional source of vitamin D to help institute the “calcium and cancer” effect would be to take a vitamin D3 supplement, whose role with calcium’s absorption can help to prevent hip fractures and osteoporosis. In addition, exercise during teenage years and throughout life is important for improving bone density while taking calcium.
Lastly, to enhance the “calcium and cancer” effect, you want to have enough healthy fat in your diet, such as omega-3 fatty acids, olive oil, or coconut oil.
